Founded in 1874, our client required a large selection to support 22 furniture centres and a feel of 750 trucks. They were poised to sell but needed to scale their offer to maintain growth. In response, our team built a line of over 300SKUs that would complement their existing range and yet resonate with the core customers. The collection was designed to be a little more contemporary and capitalised on India’s famous handcraft to soften modernist silhouettes. The range launched as a private label and broke all sales estimates. We achieved US$4.5m when their targets were US$1.5m.
Results: Targeted US$1.5m - Achieved US$4.5m.
